Here’s to Life is a unique Health and Wellbeing organisation based in Cleveland in the Redlands since 2003 which offers Fun, Friendship and Fitness programs for women and for people with physical and intellectual disabilities. Not an easy concept to explain in a small ad in the paper, particularly since its core programs are based around dance, singing, laughter and generally having a fun time with friends.
And with physical and emotional benefits that transcend mere exercise, there was a need to present the history, the benefits of attending, the why “this could be just what I’m looking for”, in a way that would strike a chord with those searching for a more relaxed, fun, supportive and valuable Health and Wellbeing solution.
